SECTION 1. - COPYRIGHT

SECTION 1.A - RIGHTS TO LINDSAY TIRY/LT Arts

All designs by Lindsay Tiry/LT Arts are copyrighted. Lindsay Tiry/LT Arts still holds full copyright over all the versions of the design and is allowed to display and exhibit the design for promotional purposes of the Company. Copyright transfers can be arranged for a price if the client finds the need to have this.

Lindsay Tiry/LT Arts has the right to reuse the fonts, textures, actions and stock images previously used in other designs though no specific final design will ever be reused. Each one is exclusive.

SECTION 1.B- RIGHTS TO THE CLIENT

The client is not permitted to use any design in any way if it has not been paid for in full. The client is only allowed to use the design for promotional purposes of their business, albums, and books as long as the design has been paid in full and is not directly tampered with. The client or other third parties are not permitted to claim the design as their own or resell the design without consent.

The client is not permitted to take ebook covers designed by LT Arts and have another entity design the print/spread.

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT

Lindsay Tiry/LT Arts has the right to change design prices without prior notice.

SECTION 2.B - PAYMENT METHOD

        The client may pay in the following forms:

PayPal only.

SECTION 3.  - DESIGN CHANGES

SECTION 3.A- Design changes for Premade covers are limited to 1 revision/cover. However minor tweaks/changes are allowed, including font changes.Major design changes can be done for additional charges.

SECTION 3.B - Design changes for Custom Covers are based on the package you are purchasing.

SECTION 4. - ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS/CREDIT

By hiring Lindsay Tiry/ LT Arts and using the final design, the client agrees to credit the company in the following ways either inside the acknowledgements page of the book or album. If stock images were used, the client may also be required to include the photographers and/or the models in either the back of the book/album (to be added by LT Arts), the copyright page or acknowledgements.

SECTION 5. - MISCELLANEOUS


SECTION 5.A. - RAW EDITABLE FILES   

      Raw editable files of book covers and album covers are available at double or triple the original price of a cover only if your publisher or record label requires it.
